  1. A 20 person minimum guarantee is needed to book a party.
  2. Tee times for parties can begin as early as 8:00 am.
  3. A $300.00 nonrefundable deposit is due at the time of the booking.
  4. Shot gun starts require a 100 person guarantee.
  5. All shotgun starts begin 8:00 am.
  6. A list of foursomes will be needed a day before the event.
  7. A final guarantee will be needed 8 days before the event. This number may not go up unless you are having a shotgun start. If the number of golfers is lower than the guarantee, the guaranteed amount will be charged.
  8. All golfers must abide by the rules of The Madison Club.
