Thank you for your interest in having your outing at The Madison Club, The management and staff will do everything possible to guarantee a successful golf outing for your group. Please read the following information carefully as it covers many of the details of your 2026 outing.


  1. Five days before your outing we must have your final count for the food choice being served. As you can imagine, the accuracy of this number is extremely important for our caterer. The final amount requested will be the number billed to your account for the day. Please include everyone with group…even non-golfers. If you want them to be included in your dinner, they must be included in the final count. If someone comes to your dinner at the last moment, our caterer will do everything possible to serve your guest. However, those numbers will be added to the final bill.
  2. Five days before your outing we will need your final count for players and a list of your desired foursomes. Please note: ALL NO-SHOW GOLFERS WILL BE BILLED TO THE ACCOUNT FOR THE DAY. Please fax your foursome list to 724-446-1404 or email to themadisonclub@comcast.net
  3. If you wish to “run a tab” at our snack shop for the day, please make arrangements in advance.
  4. ALL ALCOHOL MUST BE PURCHASED ON OUR PREMISES.
  5. PAYMENT FOR YOUR OUTING EXPENSES IS DUE THE DAY OF YOUR OUTING.

In order to secure the date of your choice the following requirements are necessary:

  1. A non-refundable $500.00 deposit made out to The Madison Club
  2. A valid credit card number to be kept on file
  3. A signed and dated contract returned within 10 days of receipt


Please feel free to call to discuss and phase of your outing. As you can see, we have a much greater selection of food choices the year. Many of you have requested a Continental Breakfast for the morning of your outing. We are very pleased to report this is now available along with an extensive list of hot and cold appetizers.
